A new tea to start a series I will be creating about the tarot.
May I introduce you to….
The Divine Empress
This tea is a labor of love. I have to give a shout out to my taster’s who provided excellent feedback. Angie, Rachael and Gretta, without your input, I wouldn’t have gotten if finalized.
The Divine Empress is based on the Empress Tarot (the 3rd card in the major arcana). It is all about the divine feminine. In Numerology, 3 is in the number of growth. This tea is designed to help you take back and own your feminine power. To feel good not only in your body, but in your spirit, your soul.
All the ingrediants were chosen with purpose. Damina to help us reconnect with our sensuality. To help us bring us back to what makes us fierce. Remember sensuality does not equal sexuality. So many herbs are there to increase our libido, and while for some that is what they want, others are not looking for that specifically. I believe being sensual and sexual are two different things.
Raspberry leaves have a powerful feminine energy and will help guide you back to loving yourself. It also is a powerful healer to our wombs.
Chamomile is added to help ease our everyday anxieties. I find when talking to women, we are always thinking, always moving. Chamomile will allow us to take a breath. In that breath, you just may find that you love yourself a little bit more.
Rose Hips are incredibly nourishing and bring support to the Rose.
Rose is such a beautiful flower, such a precious herb. Rose is added to help strengthen those boundaries we may have allowed to be broken down. However, it still is there to soften our hearts and let in love and acceptance.
Motherwort, oh beautiful motherwort. (I am not allowed to play favorites though!) A fierce protector. I see motherwort being our guide to allow us to say no, to walk away when it is just to much and we need to protect that last piece of sanity we have. She will guide you to safety and allow you to stand strong on your own. She also add as beautiful little bite on the end of your sip.
Orange peel and licorice are there for sweetness.
As with all of my teas, when they are mixed, an intention is said over it before and during mixing. The one that is said when making this one:
“You are a divine being
Allow this time to reconnect to your true fierce self
Feel your power return.
No one can take this away from you.”
